I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Our goal is to ship items as fast as we can. However, with Covid-19 some situations out of our control may cause processing and shipping delays. Please allow 3-5 business days processing before your order is shipped.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours. After 24 hours have passed or if the item has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to change your address and No refund will be given.

Can I update or cancel my order?
We can only update or cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or packaged. As soon as you can, please email boldnroyal@gmail.com with your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make to your order.

Where is my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can keep track of your parcel activity by logging into your BoldnRoyal account or via the Track Order button on your confirmation email.

 I have received defective or damaged product, what shall I do?
Though all our items go through a rigorous quality control check before being shipped, mistakes can happen along the distribution chain. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please send us a picture of the damaged or defective item and we will take one of the two actions below:
• Send you at NO COST a replacement item.

I am just not happy with my purchase; can I return it?
At BoldnRoyal, we are dedicated to providing you with the absolute best customer service and strive to make your experience purchasing our products a memorable one.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving the item to contact us and request a refund!

To ensure a  smooth , we are asking you to:
Contact us before the 14 days end and we will happily provide you with a return slip and a return address. Please include your full name and the order number on your request for a refund.
Once we have received the product, we will inspect it according to our Return Policy found on our Legal Page and initiate a refund process if all conditions are met.

I have to return my product who pays for the return. 
Boldnroyal will cover the cost to return your product if you receive the wrong item, damaged or defective product.

The cost of any return initiated by customers that do not fall under the above category will be covered by the customer.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location as we do ship from different fulfillment centers. The average shipping time varies 7-21 business days.

In which country do you ship?
In order to remain efficient in regards to our shipping times, we currently only ship in countries where we have our physical warehouses such as: the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain and few additional countries such as : Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, New Zealand

Please verify that the device you are ordering can be plugged in your country before placing order. When the device can be switched to your country electric voltage you will have the option to choose the power type before checking out.

I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us at boldnroyal@gmail.com with your full name and order number.

Will this item get to me before a specific day
if you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening? There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
There may be duties or taxes incurred by your order that you are responsible for. BoldnRoyal does not include these fees in our final prices. Duties and taxes are determined by the final destination. Please contact your local custom’s office for details on how duties and taxes are calculated and paid.
